In this short tutorial you'll use GoLive CS's basic site and page building tools to create a web site. You'll need to have a basic understanding of HTML and how the web works. My own collection of little tips that make working in GoLive much easier. These suggestions cover a variety of areas and skill levels and some appear individually on the other index pages.
Whether you use Font Tags or CSS, your site will look much better if you use consistent sets of fonts on all your pages. Creating font sets is the place to start.
Creating a QuickTime Slide Show *
One of the best kept secrets of GoLive is the QuickTime editor built into the software. This tutorial shows how to use the editor to create a slide show.
Sure you could just build pages and link them all together but GoLive's site management tools are fantastic. To take advantage of them you have to create a site. Here's how. (If you already have a site, check here for instructions on how to import it into a GoLive site.)
Using Smart Objects to Link to Photoshop Files
GoLive's Smart Objects allow you to link your original image files in Photoshop (or PS Elements) to their web counterparts in your site so that making a change in one automatically updates the other. Part of the Adobe Studio site which requires free registration.
