previewing pages in different browsers and platforms
While nothing will replace actually viewing your site in different browsers and on different platforms, GoLive can give you a quick idea of how the page will look.
- Open the page you want to test and open the View palette under the Window menu.
- Click on the popup menu next to Basic Profile choose the browser and platform you want to emulate. Your list of choices is much longer than you see here and includes IE, Netscape (which includes various Mozilla browsers), Opera and a variety of DoCoMo phones in case you're designing sites for viewing in Japan.
