Fading Magic

Polaroid, once considered a hot, innovative company in the world of photography for their development of “instant” photography, will stop production of their iconic film.

Thirty years ago, the idea of seeing your pictures about a minute after taking them was considered high tech (or possibly magic under Arthur C. Clarke’s third law).

Not so much today, when a minute after taking a picture it can be on flickr being shared with the world.

Tech, and magic, moves on.

It is true that tech and magic is fading..
I remember wondering at the marvellous features of polanoid camera as a kid.
I am pretty sure that the same thing applies to magic, though it might be much slower.
