It sure is. A judge told Fox News this afternoon that their lawsuit against Al Franken was "wholly without merit, both factually and legally". That’s legalese for full of crap. Incidently, I tried to find a link to this story on the Fox News site but came up empty. How can such a fair and balanced news organization miss a story like this?
