Ok, everyone needs to remember the concept of "innocent until proven guilty" when reading the stories about Bill O’Reilly and the sexual harassment suit against him. Bill and his employers at Fox "news" would be the first to remind us of this basic foundation of our legal system in their reporting should accusations of wrong doing be brought against someone say… like Dan Rather or Bill Clinton. As a responsible "news" organization, they above all others certainly remember that journalists must be Fair and Balanced™ in their stories about people accused of breaking the law. Fox, of course, will report the facts and you will decide.
My cynicism is getting quite a workout on this irrelevant bit of crap.
