Marketplace is a daily public radio program (and podcast) that deals with business and the economy. That may sound boring but the writers and reporters have a way of making almost every topic accessible and very interesting.
Case in point was the three part series they did last week on the legal shenanigans by the RIAA against the people formerly known as customers.
While much has been written about the sleazy tactics used by the organization, actually hearing their architects try to justify those methods takes them to a whole lower level.
