The average home computer user has no idea what the people in AOL’s television ads are talking about with "spyware" and "viruses". That’s according to a new survey from England by AOL itself. Basically, the poll found that most people are worried about bad things coming by way of their internet connection but they have no clue how it happens or what to do about it.

And computer support people all over the world smile at the prospect of continued full employment.
