A team of British scientists has discovered that the ice in Antarctica is melting faster than previously thought, most likely due to global warming. A study by a Nigerian scientist says that millions of Africans are likely to be affected by rising temperatures and decreasing rainfall amounts over the next 40 years, again due to global warming. Israeli scientists have found that man-made carbon dioxide emissions are breaking down the world’s coral reefs which could lead to serious economic problems for peoples who depend on the sea in many different ways.

But, of course, these reports are from foreign scientists and the findings don’t fit with administration policy, so it must be bad science. The situations all require more study – or at least at least enough to come up with a conclusion we like.
