Stewart 2, Crossfire 0

As much as I love the Daily Show, I can’t stay up until 11:30 to watch the program. It goes on the TiVo and usually I watch it the following evening. So I’m just catching up on Jon Stewart’s comments about his Crossfire appearance last Friday. Once again he scores against the helpless "journalists" like Robert Novak (recipient of the Congressional Medal of Douche Bag).

Stewart: "They said I wasn’t being funny. And I said to them, ‘I know that, but tomorrow I will go back to being funny, and your show will still blow.’"

Novak: "Let me say something about Jon Stewart. I don’t think he’s funny. And I know he’s uninformed."

If you’ve ever seen Novak on the talking heads channels, you certainly know what a connoisseur of humor he is. And when it comes to information, you also know how he’s usually full of it.

I am beginning to wonder about the sanity of that pompous midget John Stewart. His use of the term douchebag to discribe Robert Novack for revealing that Joe”The Winer” Wilson’s wife works for the CIA. The fact that Wilson would tell anyone within earshot at Washington cocktail parties that his wife was in the CIA. Novack only stated her occupation newpapers like the New York Times etal ran her name and picture arn’t they the real douchebags. John Stewart’s grudge against Novack must be rooted in something else prehaps it is the fact that Novack was Jewish and converted to a Catholic. I am not an antisemite or a nazi.

Novak earns all the awards given him by the Daily Show every time he writes something or opens his mouth. Of all the professional talking heads, he is the most disingenuous and dishonest.
